Barbeque Nation-Royal Kitchens Of India!!

Barbeque Nation Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - ZomatoIMG_0061.JPG

Barbeque Nation has always been THE favourite dining place of a lot of Punekars. With its humongous menu and a lively ambiance, it’s always set high standards.
Now, to make it only better, Barbeque Nation is hosting a festival straight from the “Royal kitchens of India
Right from the walls to the staff, everyone is painted in the hues of Royalty.
As soon as we entered, we could feel the celebrations kick in.                                                               After a very warm welcome, we were asked to sit and given the menu.

To start with, they have the usual barbecue skewers in chicken, fish and prawns. Fish was very soft and the chicken was cooked well! Chicken tandoori and seekh kebab were a delight to have.

Coming to vegetarian food, Cajun spicy potato is my all time favourite. The dahi kebabs and Paneer skewers were also pretty good.

You can also order your choice of beverage, be it a mock tail or an alcoholic beverage (they have a decent variety in it as well), along with your food.
I’ve always loved the way they have a small flag which needs to be put down once you want them to stop serving the starters.

Now, what most of the people do is that they fill most of their appetite with starters and hardly try the mains. But i shall strongly recommend everyone NOT to do that if you want to truly experience the “Royal kitchen of India” festival.
The main course includes veg and non vegetarian soups, couple of gravies, 1/2 continental varieties and some delicious biryanis. Among st our favorites were the dal makhani, roti and the Chicken Biryani.

With almost no appetite left, we still couldn’t miss the desserts. My picks are the “Shahi tukda, Chocolate brownie and the classic Gulab jamuns.”Mysore pak, banana caramel cake and puddings were relatively okay. Also, did I mention the yummy Chaat counter along with the freshly made kebab section? Do not miss it.
Our final destination was everyone’s loved “The live Kulfi counter!!”
They have introduced new kulfi flavours like the Masala Chai Kulfi(Something new) and Oreo kulfi along with the usual Kesar badam and malai kulfi. All of them were amazing and the best way to end our royal feast.

With good music and happiness everywhere coupled with some lip smacking food, barbeque nation , ensures a fun filled evening with your family and friends.

The festival is being held from 14th November -3rd December.
